Delete your FivsPro account
You can delete your account and personal data at any time. Deleting removes your profile, bookings, messages, reviews you wrote and — for pros — your business listing, documents and remaining credits. Subscriptions must be cancelled separately in Google Play or the App Store.
Fastest: delete in the app
- Open the FivsPro app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Account details.
- Tap Close my account and confirm with your password.
Your account is closed immediately and your data is deleted or anonymised as described in the privacy policy.

Enter the email address on your account. We'll send a confirmation email; reply to it and we complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted: name, email, phone, avatar, provider profile and portfolio, compliance documents, saved pros, notifications, push tokens, messages you sent.
- Anonymised: reviews and bookings the other party still needs a record of (shown without your name).
- Kept for legal reasons: purchase and tax records for the statutory retention period, and identity-verification outcomes (not the documents themselves) as described in the privacy policy.
